Hi folks, and welcome to a brief product update from Trially!

Protocol management page is now live!

You can now upload protocols and select the sites from which you’d like to recruit candidates. (Don’t see your site listed? Contact us and let’s get it added!)

New protocols will show as “Processing” while our system prepares the inclusion/exclusion criteria for patient matching (about 5-10 minutes).

Any protocols marked as “Active” will gather new matches in the background and update in your Trially environment. Once you’re no longer recruiting for a particular protocol, you can mark that study as “Inactive”.

Small updates

- Fixed bug where birth dates were showing as one day off. This issue was related to time zones and only on the front end. 

- Renamed % match to % criteria met to more clearly denote how this % is calculated on the recruiting page.

- Moved Feedback link to the navigation bar at the top to prevent conflict with Match Details sidebar.
